2. Refundable Deposits of €39.00 Post Box Member offer and €69.00 for Affiliate Member offer will be required.

5. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. In regards to phone answering service, more than 50 calls will be result to an additional €1.50 per call charge.
7. For Virtual Office Special offers: After Six month Special offer period has expired, Customer will be offered a renewal contract.
8. Serviced Office speical offers: Minimum of 12 month contract.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Services are subject to availability.
2. Refundable Security Deposit may be required.
3. Credit card charges will apply.
4. Services subject to reasonable use strictly at discretion of management.
5. Upon signup Services are subject to our relevant contract Terms and Conditions.
6. Extra charges may apply for communication required with multiple contacts on one client account.
7. Our site is strictly used to provide information and for personal use, any other use is strictly prohibited. You may not use any methods to use any trademarks or logos of Sky Business Centres.
8. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Sky Business Centres €250 Off Voucher – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Sky Business Centres €250 Off Voucher (“Voucher”) Terms and Conditions. By using or attempting to use the Voucher, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Voucher Eligibility
– The Voucher is valid only for new customers of Sky Business Centres.
– The Voucher can be redeemed only for the Website Starter Pack or Serviced Offices.
– The total purchase value must be a minimum of €1200 to qualify for the Voucher discount.
– The Voucher is applicable only when payment for 12 months is made upfront.

3. Redemption and Validity
– To redeem the Voucher, it must be presented at the time of purchase.
– The Voucher can only be used once per customer.
– The Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

4. Payment Terms
– Full payment for the 12-month period must be made upfront to avail of the €250 discount.
– The discount will be applied at the time of full upfront payment.

5. Minimum Purchase Requirement
– The minimum purchase requirement to redeem the Voucher is €1200.
– If the purchase does not meet the minimum requirement, the Voucher will be considered invalid.

6. Expiry
– The Voucher must be used within its validity period as specified on the Voucher.
– Any unused Voucher after the expiry date will not be accepted.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
– In the event of cancellation of the services for which the Voucher was redeemed, the €250 discount will be deducted from any refundable amount.
– If the services are cancelled within the 12-month period, the customer may be required to repay the €250 discount as part of the cancellation terms.

8. Amendments
– Sky Business Centres reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
– Any amendments will be effective immediately and will be updated on the Sky Business Centres website.
