On becoming a client, Sky Business Centres is required by law to collect sufficient details to confirm the identity of the client organisation. CCTV monitors the perimeter, entry/exit points and common areas of the buildings. This is stored for 30 days to enable viewing of recent footage. If you contact us for any reason, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We may also use your contact information to send you information about other group services, such as serviced offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices and workplace recovery.

Through the website, you can order services or request information. In order to purchase a service from us, we will request certain information from you which will be used for contract performance purposes. An invoice will be issued to the billing address with instructions of payments via a Third Party service provider.

Sky Business Centres do not retain credit card information.

Sky Business Centres promotional correspondence will always include the facility to unsubscribe.

Legal Obligations 

Sky Business Centres may be required to share information with third parties as a result of applicable law. For example, we may be required to disclose information as a result of a court order, subpoena or warrant. In addition, we may, subject to applicable law, voluntarily provide information in order to assist in a law enforcement investigation or where the disclosure is necessary to protect our systems, our business or the rights of others.

These providers may include Letshost.ie, Jotform, Vtiger, WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe or other payment providers, Google services, cookie consent tools, email and communication platforms, cloud storage providers, website security tools, and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make.

Where relevant, these providers may process information such as your name, contact details, company details, billing information, service requirements, enquiry details, website usage data, IP address, uploaded documents and any other information you provide to us.

We only use third-party providers where necessary for the operation of our business, delivery of our services, compliance with legal obligations, or management of customer enquiries and accounts. We do not sell your personal data.

Some third-party providers may process or store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate data protection safeguards are in place. These may include using reputable providers, reviewing their privacy and data processing terms, entering into data processing agreements where required, relying on approved transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable, and limiting the personal data shared to what is necessary for the service being provided.

The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you’ve requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

In general, your personal data will be retained by us for the duration of time that you are a Client of Sky Business Centres. We will delete personal data once you terminate your account with us.

Sky Business Centres will retain the Client contact name and contact  details for CRM purposes for a maximum of 5 years, and details for Revenue for a maximum of 7 years after you have terminated your account with us.

When you book a Meeting Room or Virtual Office, we use cookies in the checkout process in order to keep track of your order as you move through each step of the booking process. We may use the services of third-parties to collect and process personal information through the use of cookies and other digital markers on our behalf.
